Introduction

The bullet was fatal, to say the least. Having a body gaurd was a pretty good idea, but when you get emotionaly attached to him? Thats a death wish. It felt like a river as the tear went down his face. His name was Lance.
For a 12 year old, he was incredably mature. No one had a vocabulary as broad as his in the 12th grade. Lance was a very lucky kid. Because that day, he had inherited half of his dead father's fortune. At the utmost term of the word, Lance was rich. The other half of the fortune went to his brother. Which was a complete waste thought Lance because his brother Martin was in jail. If you put the two brothers in a lineup you would be able to easily tell that Martin was considered a 'bad ass' and Lance was a very well brought up child, definitely coming from a rich home. He had 943 million dollars sitting in his bank account, as did Lance. Unfortunately for Martin, Lance had a dark side too.
He had been kicked out of 3 schools for owning lethal weaponry (a switchblade, a bottle of bug spray, and a match. bug spray is very flammable). He knew the money would go to waste in his brothers hands, and he was going to get all of his fathers money. Not just half. Too say the least, Lance was armed and dangerous. He had recently bought a gun (illegal of course) from a street gang. The gang was later found dead- they wouldn't give Lance another case of bullets.
The child had one weakness. Love. He never loved anyone before he met Graven his body guard. Well, he didn't love him. He was simply the closest thing he had to a friend. They had never gotten into a fight, or been somewhat mad at each other
